ABOUT SAM

Yoga drew me in as a young teenager when my mother introduced it to me. Every week, I found myself looking forward to those special moments I would share with her and the mat. High school then faded to college, where Yoga followed me on my journey as a Division I field hockey player. Since my graduation and retirement from college athletics, I longed for something to spark that same passion field hockey once did. This is where Yoga took a front seat in my life again and provided a safe and nurturing environment that has enriched my life for the better. I love teaching with compassion at the forefront of my practice. My hope is to inspire and cultivate a welcoming environment where our differences are embraced and celebrated. I am certified as a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through 8 Limbs Yoga Center in Seattle, Washington.

One-On-One sessions designed for your body and mind. I would love to guide you through a 30-90 minute personalized flow that is catered to fit you. Wether it is a mindful yin practice, power yoga to work up a sweat or maybe somewhere in between, I am available in person or online. Contact me for booking or for more information.

Yoga is not just for adults! Keep your little ones involved with classes designed for you and your child. Some of my favorite memories growing up are doing yoga with my mother and I hope I can help families create something as special. Contact me for booking or for more information.
